Strategos Posted March 30, 2009 Posted March 30, 2009 It's just a TRE that does nothing. There are 3 types of random events: Normal, Tyrannian, and Terror Mountain. Tyrannian REs can only be obtained in Tyrannia, and the same with Terror Mountain, which can only be obtained at Terror Mountain.
