hey guys! has this ever happened to you?

i recently traded 107k for a lab map piece. The money has been (seemingly) transferred, yet i have not recieved my item!! I tried neomailing the trading partner but i got no reply.

My inventory only had 23 items at the time :S

:( it took me so long to save up for it too! any ideas? what should i do next?

First, are you sure you traded? Maybe the 107k was taken as part of the deposit, to wait for the partner to accept or decline. If you got the message, try going to the trading post, and click the "Clear Items Stuck in Trading Post" link near the bottom of the page. That should fix the problem.

I am willing to bet that the other person has not accepted yet. Did you receive a notice that said your trade was being processed? If not then that person has not accepted your money. The money automatically is taken from your account but it's not in their account either unless they have accepted for sure.

Don't worry about it. You can not scam on the Trading Posts, unless you're talking about overpriced items. Most likely, it hasn't been accepted yet. If that's not the case, try going to the clear any items stuck in the trading post button. If that STILL doesn't work, you better e-mail neopets.

i tried fixing the stuck items but i'm getting "Error: You have no items marked as being in the Trading Post!"

also, the other person said they recieved the neopoints and the map is not in their inventory. i think i should contact TNT :worried:

Repeated tries with the 'fix stuck items' link have been known to clear things up - I'm not sure it'll do much in your case though. :(

Here's a Neopets support page that gives you instructions on how to contact TNT for help on this issue: http://www.neopets.com/s/index.phtml?track...rt_point_id=171

Glad you found it! And good luck with your lab map.

P.S. I think this topic has been answered and can probably be closed. But it might have to be the creator who decides that.

Instead of closing the topic, why can't they delete it? Not just for this one, but for all of them. Once a topic is closed, nobody can post on it anymore, so why not just delete it?

Well, because some of the closed topics still contain good information that other people may need.

True. I never thought about that. Ooh, like the Altador Plot one. Now I get it. :P
