SkyTurtle
I guess I ought to be grateful that I don't play the market with real money... I just looked at my NeoPets stocks and found that they've lost almost half their value! Anyone else getting slammed by the NeoDaq???
shadouken
I invested in about 15-20 stocks, and I have 350k into it so far and the total change is only about -3% for me. Luckily I had two stocks go up to +170% :)

antiaircraft
The key to the Neopets stock market is patience. :) Don't expect quick returns - buy at around 15 NP per share and wait, the stocks should eventually rise to 45 NP a share or higher. This. Patience is very key. Additionally, diversify. Buy different stocks (but only at 15NP each). Buy daily, or as you have NP to spare. Check the stocks often. Set a limit for yourself and don't sell unless they reach that point (whether it's 25, 35, 45, or whatever). Only sell when the stock goes up significantly. My portfolio was nearing 1mil, but several stocks ended up soaring, so I sold them and I'm around the 800k mark now. I've made a lot of money to fund my avatar habit through the stock market. The key is as always: buy low and sell high, even if it takes time. You'll make back way more than if you just let your money sit in the bank collecting interest. Batman
I too am feeling some pretty major losses in the stock market -38.27% to be exact. I did just sell some stocks though and since I'm in school now this is normally the time that i put more into it so I feel like I'm doing something while not on as much. cooger0730
Stupid bear market! Yeah, I'm down about 25% or so, but luckily I only have about 20% of my funds in the NeoDaq. I have had a little luck with PEOP and ACFI the past month or so, but it seems like in general my portfolio ain't doin' too great.
