Kalia
I'm trying to create a guild webbie using webs.com, and I was wondering if anyone knows how to hide the banners on the site? (Yes, I'm aware that webs.com automatically places advertisements at the top of the pages so that you'll want to upgrade and pay money for hosting, but I've seen guild webbies that completely hide the advertisement. And I'm pretty sure that these guild webbies were not paid for.) So, does anyone know a code I could use to cover the advertisement with the webbie layout? Thanks! antiaircraft
Well you could theoretically check the source code and try and find a way to set the "display" CSS property for the ads to "none". However, this would most likely be a breach of your legal hosting contract, so I wouldn't try it if I were you. There are some pretty good web hosts out there that offer ad-free hosting. I'd recommend 000 Web Host off the top of my head.
