*SG*
I'm not really sure where to look for this so figured I'd ask here. When you read a book to your pet, it will puff in a cloud of smoke. But each book has a different cloud of smoke! I'm assuming this has to do with the "alignment" of the book, or character it's about. But what does it actually do or stand for? Or is it just something they do to confuse us? lol
Crusher
As far as I know, it's just a random colour from a set list of options. Reading the same book to different pets I *think* produces different colours, but don't hold me to this as I haven't checked. Will check now... "groundemon says 'That one was easy to read - do you have any more!' Mystery Of The Kougra Paw vanishes in a puff of red smoke!'" "Fangwisp says 'This is great... buy me more books!!!' Mystery Of The Kougra Paw vanishes in a puff of purple smoke!" "toughstuff249 says 'This is fun, you are really great!' Mystery Of The Kougra Paw vanishes in a puff of yellow smoke!" So it can't be tied directly to the book. Any other ideas? :O =Cameron=
amitybelle
I think it's random. Just a bit of fun. There are tons of possibilities, amount the book costs, the kind of book it is, what letter it starts with, which pet you read it to etc. But like you tested out, the same book vanishes in a random colour for different pets. antiaircraft
All the sources a quick search digs up say it's random. So yeah, TNT is probably just confusing us. xD It does serve the purpose of driving book prices up pretty well though... So different colors are like a rarity index?
Unstream
No what he means is that since book disappear like that, the prices of the books will raise. But I always thought the color corresponded to the amount of Intelligence points your pet got. I guess I was wrong.
