Altador Plot

I have seen TheDailyNeopets Altador Plot yet I can't get the First to Rise. I mean, I am fine on finding them at the Telescope but when I am at the Restive Tomb I can't turn around to get a view of the sceanery. I've talked to the Archivest, the Janitor, the Astronomy club/group, and the stars above Psellia but I still can't turn around at th Restive Tomb! Any ideas?

'turning around' is kinda hard cause the place where it's actually clickable is really, really small. Just keep hovering your mouse pointer back and forth on that location until the mouse pointer changes to a hand with one finger out (it will change to the normal mouse pointer very quickly) then slowly try to get the exact location of the link that way and when the mouse pointer changes to a hand click as fast as you can. It takes some time but it will work :)
