I read somewhere that you can watch the long link at the bottom while caring for the Petpet; how true is this? It seems to stop at 9 for me, becuase I went through at least 12 steps. It never reset to 0, so I assume that I was doing it right.

You can but it only lets you know what step you've completed, I suppose it's just if you don't want to write it down or if you want to check where you're up to.

So it it goes to 9, then I've gotten at least 9 of them correct? I personally think I did the whole thing right, but I guess not, because I'm still working on it. I'm almost considering asking someone to do the dang thing for me.

Lol, how long have you been trying for? I was lucky, I think it only took...four tries, still, it was really annoying.

 

And how are you going about it? Are you writing your times and steps down or anything?

I've probably only been trying for three hours off and on, but it's really starting to frustrate me. The only other thing that took this long was trying to find the clouds at the Restive Tomb. I just couldn't find that tiny box to click on (eventually I enlarged the page, and it worked).

 

I have been writing the times down, or at least I've been writing down when I should check next. I write down exactly 60 seconds, and then hit the 'Check' button about 2 seconds before then. I never know how long it will take with my internet.
