I was stocking my shop and two spot lights appeared. It was like a flash pop-up since it had the close button but they waved for about 3 seconds then vanished. O.o

Hm strange. To me that sounds like a Cookie-Grabber, though that seems like a rather unlikely place to get one.

 

Here's something I found about cookie-grabbers:

Unless we are script addicts, we seldom bother to check the source code every time we visit a web page. So how can we know that our cookies are grabbed without seeing the source? Usually when the cookie grabbing script runs, a small window pops up and then disappears instantly. It is true that not all the flashy pop-ups are produced by the cookie grabbers. Nevertheless, it is always safer to check the source code when you come across them.

Don't freak out, because I really have no idea what it is, but maybe you might want to PIN lock everything just to be on the safe side.

I already had a pin in place, but I've changed it and my pw now.

 

Also clearing all cookies cache etc.

Just another reason why you should clear your cookies regularly. And it does not surprise me that it would be on their site, seeing as how they had malicious spyware or whatever it was around the time I stopped going to their site.

You're probably safe after changing your PIN number and password. :yes: If you ever spot this in the future, I'd recommend doing the same thing immediately.

 

If you're worried about cookie grabbers and you're using Firefox, I would recommend the NoScript extension to eradicate the problem.
