I was wondering if there was any way to change the way the replys are laid out. Like you have to click on each one individually at the moment, is there any way to list them so you can just scroll down the page?

You can click "Options"(located to the left of a thread title) to choose the forums's display options. I beleive the one you want is "Standard".

 

Or is this not what you meant?
