They responded through neomail and said they were trying their best to take care of it. Sadly they didn't take care of mine but they took the time to send me that neomail. :( Has anyone been took care of? And what have you done to have it took care of? It's a glitch where some of the neopians gained extra neopoints and you know how you can't abuse glitches, so if you spent any of your money then you're iced.
