Perfectly Flat Rock Quarry

There is no perfectly flat 3" rock where there is supposed to be, so where do I find one?

Which rock are you trying to get, number 1,2, or 3?

Have you completed all the previous steps (pressing the button by the janitor, visiting the archivist and clicking on the book)? Also, did you click 'continue' for each step? It won't work unless you do. :)
