Something is wrong when I try healing

I don't have the options to bandage, or give medicine. I got both the medicine and the wrapping, so I don't know why it's doing that!

Well, you could try going through the steps to get the medicine and bandages again, just in case something on the servers messed up (or you accidentally missed a step). :yes: Also, old data from your web browser's cache might be interfering with the plot - just clear the cache and see if that helps.
