and possibly this one (Only the light faerie)

Text (for both the sig and avatar): rach [yes, in lowercase ;)]

Sig Animation: None please :) But if you want, add some.

Color scheme: Hmm, yellow/orange?

Font for text: Cheri (If not, any cursive but readable font is fine =] )

Font color: Er...anything readable that matches with the color scheme.

Border: Yes. Can be any matching color :P

Background: Mmm...perhaps a sunrise?

Avatar animation: None. Again, if you want it animated, add animation. =)

Other: None
