Yes, it is Simba and Mufasa from 'The Lion King' and (their copyright is to their creators, however, Safiya is mine :) ) I was inspired to do this from something my little sister said about her drawing, and from that, spawned this picture. Enjoy. For those of you that can't read the text it says: Mufasa: Although he didn't like it, it was the only way we could keep Pride Rock Clean. If I drew Simba, he'd look like a monkey that has lion hair. With anime eyes. I need a life.... Anyway, that's so cute.
