Jejune Posted July 19, 2008 Posted July 19, 2008 I'm not sure if you linked to the right thing, that's not a flag! Unless you mean that sliver of pink and green? Seems like it has pretty things, Lutari Island, but I wouldn't go for it as I have never had access to it.

Some people might harass it verbally as it is pay-to-play...but so are a lot of things. But some people love Lutaris and those people with Neopets Mobile probably love Neopets, but I think it will come average.
