Guest Krawk Islander Posted July 12, 2008 Posted July 12, 2008 Well, according to COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act), a website must comply with COPPA: "If you operate a commercial Web site or an online service directed to children under 13 that collects personal information from children or if you operate a general audience Web site and have actual knowledge that you are collecting personal information from children, you must comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act." Since TDN doesn't really collect personal information (i.e. you don't HAVE to provide it), I believe it is possible to become staff if you are under 13. However, it's best to let Ian answer this question more thoroughly.
