I made it in Paint.net, and I don't know how long it took to make this. Please note that this is NOT a Neopets faerie, it's just a random nameless creature who gets mad when people deny her existence. I might put her in a story/graphic novel that I want to make, but I'm not sure. Otherwise, enjoy the pic :) Quote
