naalaro Posted June 21, 2008 Share Posted June 21, 2008 I joined neopets 3 years back on another account, and now i'm in a new one. And ever since i joined neopets i've been searching for...SAND! Im all too familiar with the three sand items, so called 'legendary' by some collectors, the Curly Green Sand, Flower Shaped Sand, and the Star Shaped Sand, and i hardly see any around these days! I've been chasing down these three for years, and i have only seen ONE curly green sand, and two Flower Shaped Sands, all with owners not willing to part with despite languishing in...SIMPLE, UNDERWHELMING galleries! While i respect their decision of keeping such a rare item, it still seems such a waste! Its like putting the last of the coelacanths in a simple, dirty fish bowl! I'm sure most of you guys here are collectors to some degree? Are you chasing down legendary items too? After the gallery feature was released I moved them to my SDB, and just recently to my newly created gallery, after finally getting that packrat avatar. 15 million sounds very cheap if there really is that few of the item in existence.
