Glad everythings over and all back to normal. It was a fun plot and i cant belive i sent in my red codes in time to win a prize ^^ yay!

I think its a womans choice to do what she wants to her body. Its not up to some person who has his own agenda to tell her her choices arnt worth a crap and restrict her from an abortion. If she feels shes in a situation where it seems like the best option then so be it.

My point of view is this and its not intended to be a slap in the face of anyone else, but i've been homeless and alone but thankfully not pregnant but i've seen other people go through this and talked with them.

Suppose you get pregnant, you have no job, your parents kick you out and your on the street. You have no way to feed yourself let alone a child and you know winters coming. You find a place to stay at the local over-crowded shelter but they wont have room for you both once you give birth, you have three options: Have the kid and give it up to social services ensuring that once it passes the baby stage most prospective parents wont even glance its way and it grows up alone and bitter. Have the kid and dont give it up and have to find somewhere else maybe on the street or with a pimp and end up in a bad postion while both going hungry if you both dont die from exposure or a disease. Or have an abortion and with a little help you get the rest of your schooling, find a job and the rest would be up to that person to work on.

When push comes to shove you dont think of what is murder or not, you think of survival and what is best for you and the child you might bring into this world. If you cant provide for it, find a home for it or if the system is teeming with children who's parents just cant take care of them anymore why foist another child onto the tax payers and volenteers whose resorces go into caring for it?

What i belive in isnt based on religious issues or agendas, its based on what would be best off for the mother in the long run.

That bites.. and it would but i'm not worried. I think i'm just happy to have finished the plot though, i dont expect a reward for being really late beating the snots out of the chia.

*keels over* I beat 'em finally.. and i must say this was one hard plot at the end. b)

Did you try a different browser? It might be the browser you are in. Sometimes lines would disappear on us and we'd have to resize the page or refresh it to get all our lines back.

 

And you won't be able to edit the spreadsheet unless someone has added you as a collaborator.

No one added me as collaborator, no wonder i was confused..and why i feel dumb now.

Well, there's only 125 to try! It was easier when more people were working on it. Then you at least knew what block of combos they were working on before they got it.

I only see a page with 34 incomplete combos on it o_O i have no idea how to navigate google spreadsheets..

thank you, i should be taking my meds but i'm having trouble finding the bottle so the brace is just going to have to work. i got it on the job too but my medical insurance didnt want to cover it so i'm stuck nursing the pain :grrr:

For the third clue where is it? The haunted woods plot area, the forum, or the basic tdn area? is the fourth clue out?

That is one tough chia.. i've been beating his butt for 15 minutes and still havent got past him. We need a clue here! *starts up a chant* Clue, Clue, Clue!! :laughingsmiley:

o_O ok.. the second puzzle has me clueless and none of the hints so far have really helped. I've even looked up what the puzzles are in wikipedia and still nothing. More hints please?

Well finding the 4th part was easy (for me atleast), the first puzzle was easy but the second one is hard as heck... can anyone tell me what kind of puzzle it is?

Hmm.. a hint, use all your resources. Not just look at a page and think 'i've tried clicking everything! what now!' Remember the plot where Jerry went missing? what did you have to do to find some of the clues? Answer those and you have your hints, nothing blatent or told outright so i hope this is ok to post. ^_^

:grrr: Darn, i got it after 5 trys. But.. the second puzzle is really easy. The key they give s=e or whatever doesnt work. I figured the puzzle out 2 or three minutes ago :D

Ok i'm stumped on the petshop riddle, anyone have some hints for this part?

I have two guesses left, does it really keep to the three guess limit?

Neopets bites <_< .. i've tried to see if any of the game scores i have are wierd and it says i need to log in, well i tried and it gives me this... 'Fatal error: Unknown function: encrypt_password() in /home/neopets/public_html/cookiecode.inc on line 156' bleh, i'll be avoiding neo for awhile. :grrr:

Neopets needs to get a clue, not all companies who want to place ads on pages are nice. Bleh. I do have a few suggestions for people whos computers are infected or you think its infected. Before i start this i will say that i clean computers infected with spyware and virus' so i do know what i'm doing. Download all programs beforehand and printing out this would certainly help.

I do hope posting this guide in the thread is acceptable, its not like i'm making money off this. :sad01_anim:

Programs used to clean your computer: Every single one of these are free.

AdAware SE here make sure to update it.

Spybot Search and Destroy here make sure to update it.

CwShredder here NOTE: When running make sure to close all windows, notepad, word files and windows media player or it will not remove the infection.

CCleander here have it analize and then clean.

SpywareBlaster here update it, enable all protection and close it.

First step is to read this page, follow the directions to start your computer in 'safe mode'. Make sure to scroll down till you find your operating system on the list. Quoted from page.

Many times in order to remove a piece of spyware or for troubleshooting and diagnostic purposes, you'll have to start Windows in Safe Mode. While in Safe Mode, only specific programs and files needed to run the operating system are loaded. Some functions, such as connecting to the Internet, will not be active in Safe Mode and a standard video driver will be loaded causing a washed out look and a possible change in resolution.

 

However, because just the essential programs and files are loaded in Safe Mode, this allows us to remove some spyware, adware, viruses and such that cannot be removed in Normal Mode.

When restarting your computer usually you have to tap the 'F5' key at startup but not allways. When you've chosen 'safe mode' and its booted up to your desktop start up CCleaner, you should have downloaded it earlier. Have it analize then run once thats finished. Your temp files, cookies and any nasty trojans hiding in there will be deleted.

Now run CWShredder and remember to close all windows and programs before you do that, it'll prompt you to do the same. You can see it going through files on your comp and it will delete any infections it finds, once done you can close it.

Bring up Spybot and run it, its going to have you configure things i allways just click 'ok' and make it happy. Once its to the point where it lists 'check for updates, check my computer and about' i allways make sure its updated. Once updated have it check your comp. If it finds anything have it delete it then close the program.

Now bring up AdAware and have it check for updates, once done go to the little funny looking wheel. Now we're going to 'tweek' adaware so it checks all the files on your comp not just some.

Go to 'General settings" Make sure everything has a green check mark on this page. Go to 'Scanning' and make sure everything is all green here too. That should be all that needs tweaking. Click proceed and then 'start' and make sure 'full system scan' is checked and press 'next'. Let it run and delete everything it finds.

Can you belive your allmost done? Yay! Now start up Spyware Blaster and have it update, it make take a few minutes because theres alot of update it'll need. This program blocks bad programs and files from being downloaded on your computer. Once its done it'll say 'There are now XXXX unprotected items' and 'enable all protection' which the latter one you should click on. Wait for it to say 'all protection enabled' and your done and you can close it. It doesnt need to run to protect your computer. Once thats done restart your computer normally.

Your all done your computer should be free of those pesky virus' and spyware. But you have to have anitvirus software which will help keep your computer clean. If you dont have other antivirus software running try the free version of AVG Anti-Virus from here.

I hope this helps someone in making sure they have a bug free computer.

OH! I just looked the trojan and downloader up and came up with this article. Its a hacked myspace ad thats giving people these things. Downloading the most recent security update from Microsoft would be a big help in keeping your comp from being infected also.
