nope this one appeared purple-ish when i found it in the Caves portion of Moltara

If you get all ten worms, word has it that you can put them in the lantern and them go in to the cave and find another lantern. That's all I know.

 

EDIT: It appears that the worms are showing up the same places again and again, but no one knows when they will show up.

so if you have to put the worms "into" the lantern - would you do that at Tangor's Workshop?

The second after was most definitely the key. I have been attempting to beat this level of the plot for over a week now and I finally got it.
