I recently created a thread in which I could not send scores - there would be an error message prompting me to restart the game. Recently, I have been receiving a new message which says the score was submitted successfully, but no neopoints were gained and the score was not recognized by the system either. Screenshot below. Is there anyone else having issues sending scores? I've tried having neopets in another tab and refreshing every time I'm submitting a score. To no avail. I really hope someone has a solution to this. Emailed neopets twice about this issue; have yet to hear back from them. Thank you in advance!

Unfortunately that doesn't seem to work... I've tried it multiple times with no luck :c Thank you for taking the time to reply though! I hope that there's a solution for this. I was really looking forward to playing all the games again! It's just not the same if I can't earn money from it haha

Recently rejoined Neopets as I've seen that it's revamped its page entirely. I was trying to play a couple of games that were added back onto the list, but for some reason whenever I try to send a score, it doesn't allow me to. I get an error message that says to refresh the page and try again, but despite attempting that a thousand times in a row, still the same result. This is the text box that pops up. I don't know what's wrong - would someone be able to help? I've reached out to Neopets officially by submitting a ticket but it's been around 5 days now and still have yet to hear back from them.
