  1. I guess dancing is also a very good workout Has anybody tried the 5:2 diet ? I would like to start it but everyone talks about the lack of vitamins especially the first few months ...   2. Hello everyone, I'm new here and happy to be part of this community.
  3. My favorite gym workout is Front squats but i have to say that muscle sores after any session of squats is second to none. I always feel like i got hit by a train the next couple of days. Recently i started using some nutritional supplements to help me in my recovery process. Basically it is a combination of amino acids and collagen that speeds up my recovery cycle.
