Hello! I am somewhat newly returned to Neopets, and was wondering if anyone could give me information on holding alternate accounts and the restrictions. I recently got access to the secret lab, and am wondering if i should create an alternate account to store zapped pets/lab rats. Is this allowed? I know you cannot create multiples to gain neopets, but what other restrictions are there? thank you so much!
