I have the telescope and tried placing it on the stand as well as clearing my browser's cache. Nothing shows up at all. Just says I put it on the stand. No image. Nothing. I'm on chrome. Can't move on to the other steps, really, without seeing anything.
*edit: fixed it. Flash wasn't fully enabled so I fully enabled it.*
