So I sent in a ticket back in mid January and it's still labeled as "open." Is there anything you guys would advise doing to speed up the process? Has anyone had luck with tickets because sheesh...

Do they use a queue system where they get to older tickets first or is it just completely random? Hitting that three month marker now...

Do you have any reports on ticket response times? I waited a week just for my ticket to completely vanish :(

Can you guys help me figure out the status of my old account? The username is "avaricee" and when I search for the account I find it and everything is still in place.

The email I used back in 2009 no longer exists but I suspect that the account is disabled as my passwords have remained as consistent variations of the same few passwords since I was a kid.

I wrote a ticket a little over a week ago and I logged on to a new account to check the status and the ticket was just deleted. I reached out to the Facebook page but I have not gotten a reply.

Is there anyone here who can help me recover my old account :'(
