hey there guys... I made this account to pretty much find some help in regards to an issue I'm currently facing. got back into neo a few days ago, went to check in on my side accounts. however, I noticed i couldn't get into one of them. Tried countless times and sent many a password reset email to myself, but no avail. Turns out, because I use an AOL based address, it blocks neo emails. I sent a ticket with info on my account but I'm worried. i saw and have heard horror stories of years without answer. I worry about my pets. I posted on Facebook too, but I have no idea what to do. Thank you to all who come to read this, and to those suffering like I am, keep strong.
