Yeah, that's what I thought. Maybe Ian is on some exotic island while laughing at the expense of us using our brains to complete the plot.

I think Ian was trapped in the stone dome,maybe below the stone.I think there is a secret passage way below it that lead to where Ian is.Hmm....
