I decided I would try to get into the Defenders of Neopia and start doing quests. The only problem is, I am stuck on the first one with the paint devil. I have already beat him 15 times, I can even I hit KO him on easy mode, but no matter what, I can't seem to advance to the next quest. Am I doing something wrong? Do I need to talk to someone?

Does the ammount of Neopoints you donate to the wishing well have anything to do with your chance of getting a prize? I wished for a Neopets 14th Birthday Goodie Bag as many times as I could with 30 NP each time, but I didn't get anything. It it luck based or am I just not paying enough?

After reading the restocking guide, I have been trying to restock from stores on neopets. But I noticed that the prices never seem to change even when the store does get restocked. Are the prices not supposed to change or am I just supposed to haggle very low? Has the old restocking system been removed?
