I'd just ignore it. If someone was trying to get their account back I'm pretty sure they would have moved on and created a new account by now after a year xD and by the looks of that account it was never signed into so dead account that should just be ignored, no harm done.

There's actually quite a few anime that I love xD

Well first of all, number one anime I love is Bleach =D It has great characters, awesome combat and awesome zanpakutou.

I also love baka to test shoukanjuu for its hilarity and plot and naruto for its ingenious combat as well.

As a character, I love Lain from serial experiments lain.

I also love pokemon for being the most successful RPG game of all time xD

The big problem I notice is that the text is fixed a certain distance from the left, but the background remains centered, so once the window becomes too wide the background moves to the right of the text. Does that make sense?

Yeah, that's the limitation of my userlookup. Which brings me back to the point Xepha had made, the lookup has been optimized for a monitor that is 1366px wide. So it can't really be stretched any further than that.

My only critique is that you need to put your browser in "full screen" to really enjoy your work. And when I do that, the text gets outside of the boxes :P So it's usually better to assume that most people can see your work if it's 900-1000px wide. And plan something like a repeated pattern for those who are browsing in higher resolution.

 

Good choice of font for your headers. :) Nice Valentine's palette as well.

Thank you, I wasn't sure of the width so I used my own resolution and its a widescreen so thats where that came from.

Alright, I fixed up most of what you guys mentioned :santa: I kinda liked the messy look of the boxes not being aligned with eachother so that was on purpose :P

You can't cover your stats and retype them. Everything else is allowed. :P

You also cannot cover up your neopets, trophies, collections and the navigation bar (but navigation can be changed to your liking).

User Lookup:

• You MUST have your real, official stats viewable. You cannot retype these yourself. They have to be the official, default stats that exist on every user lookup. (Your block of text info, your Neopets, your trophies, etc.) This is so that everyone visiting your lookup knows for sure that this is your true information.
  
• You can cover your shield! It's quite nice to cover it with something that matches the theme of your lookup. And your join date is available in your text stats, so covering the shield does not hide how long you've been on the site. However, you CANNOT cover this shield with a different, official Neopian shield. If your current shield says "2 Years," you can't cover it with the 5 year shield.
  
• You should have the standard yellow bar links so that they are clickable. They don't have to be on the bar itself, so you can retype them as text links or make your own navigation bar if you like. Whatever you wish as long as those links are on the page. :)

You can try going to your adobe flash global manager and resetting it and see if that helps, the steps are below:

1. Visit http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager06.html

2. Click the tab for "website privacy settings panel" (the icon of the computer with an eye in the middle)

3. Click "delete all sites"

4. Restart your browser

It's a bit early, but your Valentine's Day userlookup looks adorable, Khalon. I couldn't resist the cuteness of the Shoyru and the fine-looking Hissi as well on the header. The text has been tilted a bit out of place, which is the sole flaw, but everything else is all right by me. <3

Final verdict: 8.75 out of 10 from me.

Idea: 3.75/5 - Not terribly original, and a bit early as Neo said, but overall I like it. The simplicity appeals.

Design: 4/5 - I really like it. The heart, the shoyru holding the "will you be my valentine?" sign :wub_anim: Another really nice thing is the colour choice - all too often (especially for valentine's stuff) it's comes off as glaring - but this is nice. The boxes (specifically the pets and trophies) aren't aligned, giving it a kind of messy feel, imho. I think bringing the right edge of the trophies box out would balance it out more. I kind of want to see the red starry picture repeated as the background... The hyperlinked text is kind of hard to read. I shall shut up about this section now.

Execution: 3.75/5 - again, you lose points for having a very simple overall layout. Also riiiiiight down the bottom the border doesn't quite align, but that could be my browser (I use Safari - it's ok, no-one uses Safari).

Hey guys, I just finished working on a userlookup for valentines day. You can view it by clicking on my neopets username on the left side of this post. Please do not hesitate to post if you have any ideas/suggestions on what I could do for making future userlookups.

Since the snowager is in hibernation this month, there will be no chance for him to wake up and blast your pets. Which means no avatar for the entire month and we will have to wait till next month for chances at the avatar again.

Yeah, I've started to adopt that rule. If it is a number I don't recognize or if it says unknown I don't answer it and just reject it.

i usually get telemarketers but this one telemarketer must have really wanted to sell that product because I got about 10 calls a day from the same number. I answered once and it was something about a cell phone company, I told him I wasn't interested but I guess he didn't understand. <_<

I'm still getting calls but now it's only like 1 every now and then.

Ah yes, the telemarketers, its funny because sometimes I just put them on hold and make them listen to random music and see how long they will last xD

ah yes, the random calls, I've had my fair share of them and they always freak me out. This one time I was at work and I got a random call to my cell and apparently it was some guy looking for his daughter and someone had kidnapped her or something, freaky o_O

Try safari, chrome, I.E. or any other browser other than firefox that you may have on your mac. Try them all and see if anything is different between them. That will usually help isolate the problem.

I have the birthday login prompt active on my account so I use a fake birthday on my profile just in case people try to guess my password they won't know the correct birth date to begin with. Yes I know I'm slightly paranoid sometimes xD

If you don't remember those friends anymore then I think they shouldn't be on your list anymore xD but if they neomail you asking whats up then it just shows that they care enough and you can add them back heh

Just thought I'd clarify:

You only send a pet to another account a certain number of times per month. You may only accept a pet from another account the same number of times per month as well.
