You don't get the oil from the floor. A person gives it to you after you shout out.

Aha, thank you. Is that after some other random tells me they've lost a lamp somewhere or is it relevant at all?

I received a heated rock (useful for anything?), but haven't found the oil or the rag and I've been at this for a while.. Is there anything I need to do besides just looking on the floor constantly?
