Got to agree with you here...I think it's stupid how US users get special advantages even if they're only minor things.

Actually, Eminem is one of the only rap artists I can stand *hides in corner*

It's called a pokéwalker. You can transfer your pokemon to the device and take it along with you on several paths. It counts your steps as you walk (in real life) and usually levels up your pokemon by one if you transfer it back to your game.

 

You can also catch pokemon and find items with it, pretty awesome

Aaah encouraging fat kids who sit on their couch playing DS all day to exercise...not bad, Nintendo! (I'm one of those kids by the way...minus the 'fat' part). ANYWAY: that actually sounds really cool! Another reason why buying the game would be better than downloading it.. So you basically transfer your favorite Pokemon to the Pokewalker and it trains it for you?

I love the pets on Subeta!! I actually think they're much, much cuter/cooler-looking than neopets *dodges rotten tomatoes* But the website itself isn't really as fun for me. So on the whole I'll stick to neo :yes:

Hmmm yeah I also tend to lean towards the less 'poppy' bands.

I like stuff like Ra Ra Riot, The Arcade Fire, Muse, Kate Nash, White Rabbits, The Shins and Death Cab For Cutie. Although I think half of them might be kind of semi-mainstream now...but still. They're good ^^ Also love the classical/jazz...classics. :laughingsmiley:

 

Yeah I'm not a fan of Metallica either hah...And I pretty much despise 99% of the stuff I hear on the radio now (Miley Cyrus, Justin Bieber, Black Eyed Peas, etc). The 1% is probably the Killers who get lots of airplay and are still awesome ^^

Some site events even reward NC if you wanna wait for those as well. The Daily Dare gave a fair amount to people that participated not too long ago and the Qasalan Expelibox game sometimes lets neopians get a chance on winning 150 NC! (only won ONCE since that game came out xD)
