I'm in! After doing '-username- Go -password- Go *blank page* repeat' for about 45 minutes either I got lucky or it's fixed.

I keep hitting a bowl just as the level finishes and so instead clicking 'try again'... >.<

Also can somone explain what focus does... i don't really get the point of it :/

I know it's something to stop meals overcooking but surely if it slows the timers down then other food will take longer to cook too so it doesn't actually save anything. that's what i get from it anyway, i've tried using it but it doesn't seem to help

I'm lost in the caves :( I keep coming back out at Coltzan's Shrine... I take it that's not right? As Kari's saying I haven't completed her quest...

My high score so far is 175336, that was on medium. I can't really see myself getting past 200000 any time soon though.

Plus I'm using a laptop and don't have a mouse for it, so activating the shield is a little awkward :/

I got Lorna right! I put Jimmy James right down near the bottom though. Oops.

Snot Splatter and Faerie Bubbles were two of my worst. And Darigan Dodgeball and Chariot Chase just because they were so glitchy.

Thankfully Meerca Chase wasn't too bad as I got a fishnegg after a few tried on gravity mode. Wicked Wocky Wobble gave me some trouble in GMC but I'm alright at that now (still not great, but good enough for AAA :) )

Black Books is awesome, I have them all on DVD. Actually I had them all on DVD, disc 3 broke, so I bought them all again :P (It was part of a box-set and I'm obsessive compulsive over the completeness of box sets)

I love IT Crowd as well, and Blackadder, particularly seasons 3 and 4.

 

As for stand-up I've seen Dylan Moran live, he was quite good, and yes Michael McIntyre is great! I'd love to see Bill Bailey, I've seen his stand-up on DVD and it's brilliant.

 

I like a lot of panel shows too - Would I Lie To You, Mock the Week and QI are some of my favourites, I imagine there are some on youtube if you're interested. I think the "Scenes we'd like to see" game on Mock the Week is the best bit.

 

Cartoon-wise, I've never been able to stand Spongebob. I remember when I was young I watched Keenan and Kel all the time! Although now I've lost all respect for Nickelodeon and Cartoon Network... The most recent things I've watched on those are Fairly Odd Parents and Courage the Cowardly Dog. I think it's all gone a bit rubbish now really :/

 

Finally, American sitcoms: I have all of Friends on DVD, that still makes me giggle. Also I've been watching How I Met Your Mother and I think some of the episodes are great. I'm sick of Scrubs though. It's gone on far too long, they should have finished it after season 4 or 5. I've seen a few other sitcoms but don't really find them funny :/

 

So to summarise: Yes, comedy is still funny as long as it's original. Stand-up will always be original, as will panel shows as they involve the comedians themselves. Scripted comedy, however, isn't so great any more, unless it's written by comedians, e.g. Black Books has a lot of input from Dylan Moran. Cartoons and sitcoms have gotten a bit rubbish though.

Though 101 Dalmatians was my favourite when I was young and recently Aladdin has been growing on me.

I can't get to 450! I keep landing on 306. Tips? (other then the ones on the guide).

 

Just to be clear, the guide says "Hold your mouse button until Kass begins to descend, then click again to bounce (as he hits the ground)" - you can bounce multiple times. I normally get 3 bounces, or 5, sometimes more.

Apart from multiple bounces which the guide doesn't specify, I can't shed any more light I'm afraid.

It's the darn small-large-small tree stump pattern that always gets me :(

My previous highscore was 245. Eventually I got something in the 300s but didn't realise it was the 12:40 cut-off so problems processing >.<

Just did it with 251 :)

I played it twice this morning and did it both times and my score didn't send >.<

Well done, for once slow computers pose an advantage ^_^

Luckily my computer's being super slow today anyway so it didn't take long to beat AAA. Though hopefully it will have sped up by tomorrow... if it stays as slow as it is I could be in trouble.

My high score was 209 so I was a little worried too, but I got there in the end :)

Although was a little annoyed to get 293 on my second attempt >.<

Took about 4 goes but did it with a score of 814 :)

Pomico, I play on Regular. And use my mouse - its quicker to move than with the keyboard.
