TNT have been lazy lately, all they seem to care about is the NC mall and how to rake more money from it, which in my opinion is a completely useless feature on Neopets. In the meantime, not much we can do but complain I guess.

Yeah, that's true. But if you found out a way to cheat, of course you wouldn't tell anyone, and you'd be secretly laughing to yourself about it.

Whether he really cheats or not is still up for discussion, but then again, Neopets isn't the perfect game... there's always going to be cheaters who get away with it.

I'm afraid there is no other way (not that I know of). Truly sorry to hear about this.

In the future, train a stat maybe 5 or so times, then train another the same amount - this way if you over-shoot a stat, it shouldn't cost you too much :D

This is a huge problem with neopets. I am sure many people has given them the attention of this problem, but they may just be refusing to take notice. They should know that 99% of us don't enter our real passwords...

We should file a petition on this subject... Something like recovery questions is 100% better than this.

The best bang for your buck in the hidden tower are

Sword of Skarsen (16.25-24 icons)

Ghostkerbomb (once per battle, 21-30 icons - that's huge!)

Kelpbeards Trident (17-24 icons)

There are others, but these 3 are the best of them in Hidden Tower.

Nah, you won't get frozen. The neopet filter is kind of annoying at times. But do heed it's warning though. Passwords are a sensitive issue in any game.

My current goal is training my pet and getting those pesky avatars. Along with that, games, wheels, etc... Trophies for games are pretty impossible to get - too many good gamers.

I restock SHH items, daily prizes, etc. I don't get restocking at all, so that's out of the question. Of course I check each and every item on SW for the lowest price.

Agreed. The art of sniping the SW is kind of hard, and unless you're using the super shop wizard, it can get frustrating. I'd stick to keyquest or something like that if you don't have good patience.

I'd love to suggest sniping auctions but it's very hard to do so nowdays.

Hopefully they'll "add" more items and keep the good ones and leave them alone! I should play KQ more since the rewards can pile up if you get some nice gold keys.

For me it'll be Bori or Gelert. Personally I don't like any of them, but if I had to pick, it'd be one of those. If I still can'y pick, it'll go with the pet with the best BD resistance (I love the battledome) and best species weapon choices.

There are specific times that you may approach the Turmaculus when he is awake just like the snowager. There are numerous articles about this topic, so it should be easy to find one. As for the BD opponent, it is completely random as to if he is going to eat your petpet or not.

I also have the same problem. I spin the misfortune wheel every 2 hours or so, but have yet to get either of those diseases.

But don't worry, keep at it and you will get the sickness...eventually.

Go to Mystery Island Training School for fast but a little bit more expansive training. Go to The Academy on Krawk Island for slow but cheap training.

DO NOT use neggs as a training method. Neggs are only for the high level pets whose training fees are absurdly expansive.

I haven't tried ad blocker for Firefox yet, last time I did, the whole thing crashed... I may get ad blocker - a lot of good comments on it.

I checked out this "meanmoddy" character, and found some things suspicious...

1. His "Nimmo Pond champion trophy" appears 2 times in trophy list, with no picture on top of it

2. The never-ending list of trophies is almost unseen of, and he tends to stay "under the radar"

Also (as I last checked), his user-layout is some-what different than most ones in terms of position and what-not.

Though it isn't illegal to have so may trophies, but that many in 3 years? Makes you wonder.

Unless the ads slow your computer down by a significant amount, you really shouldn't be spazzing out about this...

It worked nicely for me in IR7 before switching to Firefox. My computer has those ads too, but it's fast enough so I don't have to worry about them.

Keyquest is great! True, it lags on my computer, but usually I can get a silver or gold key. Some mini games are pretty pointless. I can NEVER get how to play that match the sequence mini game...

It's a great way to spend free-time or for those of us without the great skill in restock or stock market!

Wow the mutant Pteri is so good! I can't believe that it was a Pteri until I read the post! Huge fan of mutant, and this is by far the best of 'em all!

Very easy to get 1000NPs, but I usually just get 4000 points and send score for my 1000NP.

Overall a boring but rewarding game.
