certain stamps can only be achieved by winning a contest because

the people who've actually won it before don't want to sell them. =(

Holy cow! A new Transmogrification Potion!? I'm thinking of a side account and it would be an awsome addition to the account if and when I make it. Any idea on the price?

Based on other Transmogrification potions, I'd guess 900k-1mil. But of course, it all depends on how popular it turns out to be. ;)
