I'm barely to level 5 and my sister tells me I have an addiction problem, haha. I don't envision myself getting to level 20...this year at least, mwahahahahahahahaha... :evo:

I was wondering what was going on. Yesterday I was playing Sutek's Tomb and I noticed that the 3000 NPs I had earned hadn't showed up as well as my earnings from the AC games. It did count the games that I played though. I hope it logged the scores... :eh:

I just got the Dubloon Disaster and Yes Boy Ice Cream avatars! I've been wanting that shiny dubloon avvie for awhile now, especially after I had gotten a 2380 score when a mine popped up where my ship was and gave me a "GAME OVER"...boo.
Congrats on the Super Attack Pea avvie, Icy Izzy!! I'd probably pass out if I ever got that one. o_O

I'm personally hoping to see a Darigan Yooyu offered. I love that shade of purple and Darigan stuff has a nifty look to it. I wouldn't mind some paintbrushes and battledome stuff as well. I probably won't have enough points though to get any of the fun prizes. :crying:

I wouldn't consider any of them to be "hard," but YYB can be challeging when it gives you certain yooyus. YYB is by far my favorite, it's quick and keeps you on your toes. I've become rather addicted to it this year. Shootout Showdown is fun and easy. I get my kicks by playing Make Some Noise because I find the fanatical Techo's facial expression to be priceless and it's always funny when the crowd starts stomping their feet and clapping. Slushie Slinger is poo. You have to sit there for ages for it to get exciting and then you lose all of your lives. I don't appreciate all of the customers' negative attitudes either. *grumble*

I'd like to at least advance out of the wooden shields and make it to level 5. I still have 40 more games of YYB before I reach that goal, so I'm confident that I can get a stone shield out of this year's AC.
-
I love all of the games except for Slushie Slinger, it takes too long to play. I really got hooked on YYB this year after practicing my buns off.

I just recently had the "pleasure" of experiencing the superball. The poor opposing goalie never even had a chance. I did manage to accidentally score on myself though. Might I also mention that I spent the entire game laughing hysterically?

I got my dream pet when the lab first zapped my pet into a Kiko and then zapped him into a Chokato Kiko! I love anything Chokato themed and I've always thought Kiko's were adorable, so having them all wrapped into one was the best thing that could ever happen to me!

1) Krawk Island
2) Kiko Lake o' course
3) No way, not even if it meant being on the winning team
-
The opposing Kiko threw me off a bit too. It's hard keeping track of four little Kiko's that are yours all crowded around the goalie and then one that's not. The LD one never did much though. My sister and I joked that he tried out for the Kiko Lake team, but didn't make it. :evo:

Just got a new personal best of 11-0!! b)

I'm rooting for Kiko Lake because I have a little Chokato Kiko of my own! ^_^

I just looked at this page for the first time and each song is so perfect for each team! I laughed so hard at the Kiko Lake one, I just see a bunch of Kikos rolling around in slow motion with like rockin' shades on with this smirk on their faces until he sings, "...walk on by" in which case they get sad because they're too small to be noticed.
-
That happens to me all the time!! Sometimes I end up missing both of them and sit there thinking to myself, "Well..that was productive." My highscore is 654, but I usually crap out at around the 500's region.
-
My best so far is 9955 pts. Yay for slow internet connections!

In terms of YYB, all of the teams are programmed to perform pretty much equally and your team's performance just depends on your skill level. I do find however that sometimes the size of the goalie plays a small factor in scoring goals. I just played against Terror Mountain and I had a hard time at first getting past their rather chubby Chia goalie.
-
I'm the exact opposite. :* I have to play the AC games in complete silence or I get distracted...I'd be too tempted to get up and start dancing around. b)
-
I know how you feel, sometimes it seems like it gets harder, but it really doesn't. This morning it took me around 20 YYB games to get back in my groove. I think, for YYB at least, because each team uses a different positioning system (one might use the 2+2 and another 3+1), you have to kind of adjust your gameplay strategy.
-
I'd like to have my hopes, but Kiko Lake hasn't been doing so great lately. Maybe if we start taking some wins, but it's doubtful. :crying:
-
That question popped into my head too when the rank calculator first came out. :graduated: Playing YYB is definitely the quickest way to advance in my book, plus it's a hoot once you get some practice under your belt. This is the one time my slow connection comes in handy too because it gives me a little more time to position the ball and get that goal. b)

I really wanted the avatar since I'm back on my collecting spree. Now that I've got the avatar, I suppose it will be nice to have the shield on my page to represent my efforts. ^_^

I'm not a super hardcore Altador Cup player, but I got a new personal best of 9-0 and managed to play 34 YYB games. I also made it to level 2 as well.
Who here...

My goodness, that's awfully late to get out of school! I got out at the very beginning of May, so I've had lots of time to putter around on the computer and play for the AC.
