I agree as well. the Pteri looks more like a Phoenix. However, I love the peacock-look of the faerie Lenny.
-
I agree. That cookie definitely looks green to me. At first, I began to doubt my monitors setting (and my ability to see colours :), but it seems that it indeed is green and not golden.

My petpet was just turned into a Pink Bluna, and before that; a normal Momba.

There is no response from the plushie, but as you turn around you kick a small object. Oh, it's a Bubble Doll!

I like the Advent Calendar (even though it's sad that the short movies seem to be gone), but what I really love this year is the carols you see/hear when you click the door in the Winter Wonderfest page.

It was very kind of you to visit this worn little plushie. Oh, what's this? There is a NEW plushie on the ground nearby! You're sure you can give the Ripped Moehog Plushie a new home!

I look forward to the Advent Calendar as well. It gives you something to look forward to during the day (the animations are cute, and I like the Christmas feeling). Last year, they gave out NC and a KeyQuest token as well, which is always nice. Hopefully they'll do something similar this year.
-
Now it has been turned into a Glowing Slymook.
-
I don't remember what it's been zapped into before, but right now it's turned into an Orange Beekadoodle.
-
Yes, hopefully. I'll play for Shenkuu in AC V as well, and hopefully do my part in making sure the trophy (ugly or not) goes to the right team!
-
I don't quit (except for when it crashes, that happens more often than I'd like). I mostly play 2 player 5 key games, and the silver key prizes are good enough for me.
-
I really like the New Game Challange, as it gives you the ability to get items that will soon be retired and then inflate (and I find the Desert Fan Staff really beautiful). Dice of Destiny is quite a fun game as well.

It does probably affect the results but as for how, nobody knows. It could be a straight summary of the goals each side has made. It could be that every match is worth (as an example), 10 points plus the number of goals, which would favour teams with many players, or it could be that the teams total result is multiplied with a variable that depends on the average number of goals per match which would favour smaller, more elite, teams. Or it could be anything in between.

Congratulations, Mystery Island, and great work Shenkuu! Now, if we can secure a win against Krawk Island (which will be hard, with their being one of the top teams), we might even get into the top three this year.
-
Yup, and if the second half of the Cup will yield the same results, more or less, as the first half (and it should), then Shenkuu will be in the finals!
-
As we now have played almost half the cup, with KI as a clear leader, followed by Darigan Citadel, Kredludor, Shenkuu and LD, I would say that KI is a certain winner. If the results in the second half of the cup are about the same as in the first (which they should be), then Krawk Island will still be first when the finals come, with DC as the runner-up. Shenkuu will then be at 3rd or 4th place, with kreludor taking the other one and Ld ening up at the top of group 2.
-
Nevaaarr!!!! Shenkuu will win this time!
Of course, it still is early days. Ten to one we'll have more matches against each other, but if Shenkuu and Lost Desert are vying for spots in the finals again, like last year, we will win this time. I doubt we will take 1st place, even though I am hoping, but just as long as we do not repeat last year, I will be happy.
Sadly, LD won YYB and SS, with draws in SSD and MSN. It really didn't go as well as I had thought (and hoped). :crying:
-
I congratulate Maraqua for holding out against Kreludor. Hopefully you'll manage to do the same (or even better) against Darigan Citadel on Friday and Lost Desert on Saturday!
-
While there is a pattern, there is not enough statistic to draw such a detailed conclusion. If the pattern were to repeat itself this year, Meridell would end up third, which is something I highly doubt. At least one of Kreludor and Mystery Island will probably end up in the top five (probably both of them), and though I am a supporter I doubt that Shenkuu will finish second.

I'd very much like to take part in this venture, as I've not yet received the Neomail avatar.

Good job, Ninjas :laughingsmiley:
Though I'm still confused how Virtupets managed to win two side games against us. I've been wondering for two days and now seeing as they are 11th - I'm confused even more. *confused, seriously*
That was probably due to people thinking "Well, Virtupets will be easy. I'll just play a few games to increase my spending points for the prize shop, and concentrate on the harder opponents later on." Obviously, such thinking cost us a few side games that we should have won (and would have, if people hadn't been slacking off).
-
Hmm, Shenkuu against Roo Island. Should be interesting, good luck RI!
And now it's a clean sweep for the Shenkuu Ninjas! Couldn't get a better start of the day (it's 9 AM here).
-
I like how they have been redesigning the different parts of Neopia, though I wish the ruins looked a little more blown-out and cataclysmic, to emphasise the catastrophe that the destruction of Maraqua was.
-
I agree with what most people here have said; that no on-line game is worth playing so much that your everyday life suffers. I believe that those who do play for 12 hours straight or similar don't really think through the consequences of their actions (missed sleep, skipped lessons etc.).
