have you tried to clear out your temporary internet folders in the control panel. Sometimes it happens to me and that helps.

Look to see if you already have the avatar, if not you could also try to touch the spot that changes your cursor. It is really hard but can be done it is at the end of one of the antenae of the bottom character.

Played 32 games of keyquest today, and they stopped giving me the neopoints I earned!!

for the keyquest tokens you have to buy the plushies, but some you get for completing special things on neopets like the advent calendar. but definitely the more you play the more paintbrushes you get. Me (2 snow, 2 speckled, 2 starry, 1 striped)

yeah if you try it once a day, which is what I did, it took me several months to get the avatar. Good luck with it.
