I got the Wheel of Misfortune background. Would anyone be willing to trade me the Neovia Shop one for it? (I have no clue how rare each of these are compared to the other, so if this seems ridiculous, you can ignore me.)

Here are my current notes, in the hopes that they can help people out, or someone can disprove them somehow. H&R1 and 2 are Hurok and Ricky. It's kind of hard to tell which is which at this point, but it's starting to look like it doesn't matter.

 

Selvin (Wizard)

Carries Clockwork or ??? Negg.

It's not a faerie though...it's a Spooky I read.

Maybe this means it can be painted faerie?

I don't know if anyone's noticed, or if it even matters, but there's a total of five masks, yet a total of six quests... Perhaps there'll be a sixth mask on the final day, if you've finished all the others? Or maybe not. Just a thought. :)

Well, the description at the top of the page does say something about Saskia creating "the ultimate mask", so maybe that will be the sixth.

I got an avatar, 10,000 neopoints, Scurvy-B-Gone, Inflatable Krawk Island, Bug Eye McGee Action Figure, Caution - Pirates Sign, Caged Skeleton but no theme! Bumma what does the theme look like? :v

 

I completed everything the day off and only messed up one puzzle once :/

 

Actually got lucky on this event. Decided to end my break from the site on the very first day. I love when those things happen.

Hmmm. I got a book again. I prefer that, really, though it would be nice to get a petpet sometime. I missed some days on the finding part, so I don't have any islets left. I hope that means I can click a blank spot on the map for a chance of it being the right one, but I tend to doubt it.

 

Edit: The green Krawk in the shanty says that the island should be unveiled tomorrow. I wonder if it says that for all people, or just those with no more islets left on their map. Additionally, I wonder if he means there's a puzzle tomorrow and then it will be unveiled, or if today's was the last.

It says the restoration thing for me, too. And I still have one left. Hopefully there's still one more puzzle before the end...

Thank you neopets for proving sudoku puzzles can be so much harder, yet so much more fun. I've been enjoying these, I just wish I was getting better prizes.

What are things like the brain of mirgle and star map good for? I've gotten both, along with some food and a flag, and don't know if I should bother keeping them or dumping them.

So out of curiousity...did anyone else get tricked by the new clue and start by searching Krawk Island?

So what exactly are the four prize choices? I'd kind of like to know before picking one, and the festival page doesn't have any info. Anyone know?

 

Also, the TDN page says something about a bonus for getting the eggs the day they're released. How is this claimed, or is it after all sixteen are collected? Sorry, I'm kind of new to neopets' egg hunt.

I got that same wand, Laughing Echo. So either we're both lucky/unlucky, or it's the same prize.

So I searched around here and haven't seen anything new about the well avatar. I was wondering if there's been any progress yet.

I did the same thing as you, Chagrin, with the getting an early start. Even made sure to wake up early for once so I could start searching around 7:15.

 

I finally got my answer submitted. Don't know if I'm right (or even anywhere near the top 3), but who knows. At least we don't have to strain our eyes looking for scrolls anymore :santa:

VirginiaTech and californiagirl: I have 20/20 scrolls, and four of those are Taelia's clues. So it looks like there's one a day of those.

 

And I'm lovin this so far...I just worry I won't be able to send my answer in time tomorrow. Ah well though, the fun's in the game, right? ^_^

I love this contest so far ^_^ now I just have to wait till tomorrow, since I've done all I can with the first ten clues.
