I've been (obsessively) checking the Mall for days now and haven't seen it at all. I've been dying to get my hands on it! I know I could just trade for it, but I don't have any NC items that would be "good enough" to trade for. How does the release of new NC items work? I won 150 NC from Expellibox a couple of days ago, so I'm intending to treat myself to it if it works nicely with the majority of them.
