A little worried, any help would be nice :)

So, a couple of days ago, a neopets user posted a topic about giving away a dream UC neopet, and to just post what your dream UC neopet is. I told them an UC faerie peophin, and since I was the first to say that, she adopted the faerie peophin to me.

Anyways, after I accepted, I started to get this feeling of 'this is too good to be true', and began to check things out. I never actually took a note down on the account the peophin came from, but the account she posted the neoboard with was only a month old. After a couple of days, I got over my worries. But today I look at her account, and its frozen!

Does that mean it was a scam? I am just a little worried here. Of course this is my dreamie, but if it is, I will have no problem giving the pet back. I just do not need my account being frozen. I do have bad anxiety problems, maybe this is me just being overly worried, but any help would be appreciated :)

I also forgot to add that she did say she has been on neopets for nearly a decade, but it was time for her to move on, could she have possibly self froze her account?

The thing I'd be most concerned about is whether or not the account was banned for buying NP/PBs

I actually had my account frozen because I accepted a Baby PB gift from a friend who bought NP.

She likely just self froze and you have nothing to worry about.

Even if she was frozen for being dishonest about the trade, the worst that would happen would be that they would likely revoke to trade back to who the pet belonged to.
