Hi there! If you're tech savvy, and you've tried everything else, I'd recommend downloading a virtual machine, running an old windows version on it (I use XP).
There are plenty of tutorials online on how to use these programs, and they can explain better than me, but here are the files I use 🙂

Yesterday I was in 17th place with 1260 points ... someone knocked me down to 18th with 1340 points minutes before midnight ... I got so disappointed that I unleashed my fury on my opponents at the poker table (poor Lazaar , Kalora and Nigel had no chance) and climbed my way to the top ... let's hope I stay there for the next 24 hours (i got nail - biting anxiety) 

It's been like that for quite a while now ... once you knock a Coco it freezes ...
Check your inventory ... you should have an evil Coco in there ... and you should be 10K richer ...
