Didn't get an explosion, but did just get a coconut to fall... then went to finish out my set and knocked down a second one!   So I have fairly good luck with knocking them down.... still waiting for an explosion.

Of course what we all REALLY want to see is a coconut bopping that Leeroy on the noggin, let's see him do that creepy laugh after that.

I chose Burrow out of those 3, though I admittedly hardly ever use it. As I'm not at all adept at battling I stick with the one-shot knock out method. But if I've been silly and bitten off more than I can chew with an opponent Burrow tends to be my last ditch attempt at not dying once I've used up Lens Flare, and my healer. I really need to learn to fully check out a new opponent and see if they are going to use any dirty tricks on me*.

*using Lens Flare on me is a dirty trick. ?

I'm way too lazy to fetch pictures, but were I cooking we'd likely have spaghetti, because that's easy to make, and as mentioned, I'm lazy.   A roast is possible if it's a holiday, but those always seem to end up overcooked and dried out.

As for what I'd try at someone else's place, just about anything someone else took a bite of first.    There's plenty of stuff in Neopets that just isn't real food.

But so far as the real world goes, well, way way back when I was a kid, some friends of our came back from a Missionary trip to Nigeria, and brought with them a local snack, fried termites.   Which are exactly what they sound like, termites fried on a hot pan.   No sauce, no seasoning, just dead bug heated up.  They looked like something you'd find on the windowsill.    My brother was daring and tried one, said it tasted like burnt popcorn.   I was still working up the never when they got put away.   As siblings sometimes are, my brother was very smug that -he- had tried one but I hadn't.
So the next time some odd food came along, i made sure to try it right away, and goad him into it as well.   And he dared me on the next food, and so on.   We got fairly adventerous in what we were willing to try, so I've sampled a wide range of items.   Rocky Mountain Oysters, cow tongue, frog legs, escargot, sheep brain, rattlesnake, squirrel, iguana, candied ants, chocolate covered crickets, armadillo eggs.... that last one is a local dish, it's actually chopped chicken hissi and jalapenos wrapped in bacon and deep fried, typically served with ranch dressing.  But the others are all exactly what they sound like.   Some I didn't care for, some were pretty good, and most were sorta dull if you didn't know what they were.
So in the end, I'm pretty willing to try a bite of something, however odd it may seem.

Thankfully my parents and my husbands live out of town so they were unaffected. One of my cats is terrified of storms now, and I'm really not a big fan of them now either. My other cat and my husband don't care when storms come though. It could have been way worse. A guy that works where I do.. he lived just down the street from me and he had major roof damage. Makes me sad for him, and all the more thankful that my house didn't fare worse.
I couldn't even begin to describe how it felt to come home and see it. My mom and I both work on the side of town that did not get hit (thank goodness) and she's the one who called and told me how bad it was. Both her and my husband made it to the house before I did. Hearing a description versus seeing it for yourself is so different. I did A LOT of crying that day. Even called back to work and cried telling them the whole scope. It's just crazy no one got hurt. Especially at the Lennox and JBS plants. Pella is between an hour to two away from me. I've seen photos of the damage there, it's just sad to see.
Aw, thank you! It's been a long project. I'm a little ticked off because I was soooo close to being done with repainting the entire outside of the house. All I had left was two sections of the top story (the one on the photo, and then one other side). Now I'm looking at probably having to re-side the whole house. ? However insurance isn't giving me enough so I might have to just patch . We're defiantly stronger now, and there's still a long way to go. Thank you for the encouragement! It means a lot. :)
That emoji definitely describes how I felt. The next day we came back to start more of the clean-up process and I didn't even know where to begin. Sometimes I look at my house and still think that. It's been 3 weeks and I'm still not done cleaning everything up. :s  We are still finding shards of broken glass EVERYWHERE. I am for sure keeping it for the archive. It'll be a great story to tell my kids (once I have them) someday.
It is a little bit of a cold comfort. However, I choose to look at the flip-side of things. I knew when I bought the house 3 years ago that I was eventually going to need to re-shingle the house. Now I don't have to worry about paying for it because my insurance will. :) Same with my kitchen window that got destroyed, I was going to get that replaced eventually but now insurance paid for it so I didn't have to. :)
I'm not sure if it considered Victorian or not. I know it's an old house, just turned 100 this year to be exact. I love the siding on the top half that it revealed and I'm hoping it wont' be to expensive to fix/duplicate it. (The holes are from when they must have blown in insulation)
That's about how it is for us. Mostly out in the corn or soy fields if they do touch down. The last serious one I can remember is Parkersburg which happened I think 10-12 years ago. That one though was an EF-5, ours that came through was an EF-3 . It's common to get some serious winds here during thunderstorms but, nothing that caused major damage. It's usually just limbs down and leaved blown around. My main issue with the insurance is that they are from Ohio. It'd be so nice to have something with a local office but, can't really do much about it right now. My car insurance was great. The house..  not so much. Main issue is I have cash value on the house, which then means that they take x amount out of what I'd get for "Depreciation" . Where as, I had full coverage on the car due to the fact that I had to because I had a loan on it.
Thanks for the tip! I didn't even think to check the house foundation. I didn't even think about the possibility of it twisting the house either. I know the winds twisted part of our garage so I wouldn't be surprised if it would have shifted the house a little bit.

I live in central Nebraska, one of the many areas dubbed 'Tornado Alley', we tend to get one in the area every year.   Mostly out in corn fields, no serious damage.   Every couple years is something serious with homes destroyed and people hurt.   About a week back a big storm went through, I'm not sure if officially there was a tornado, but several homes in the town north of here were destroyed.   My house just had leaves blown around, but the surrounding fields were destroyed by hail damage.   Went from a nice crop to nothing.   We've had troubles in years past, but thankfully insurance was always very helpful.

Looks like you got hit pretty bad, but at least everything's still standing.  I'd recommend taking a look at your foundation.   Massive wind like that can twist the entire house, cause cracks in the foundation.  Likely not enough to make the house a danger, but can let water and cold in where used to be secure.

There are a few movies where the hero takes on several opponents at once, but it's uncommon.   Jackie Chan springs to mind, and it's not even in all of his movies.

As for training, can also do thing like run the Kitchen Quest and some Fairy Quests to help speed things along, or if you have a ton of neopoints, neggs can add a boost.   Take a look at where you want to end up, and then look at what needs done to get there.   Some powerful items need Intelligence to get the full effect.

I suppose I can see the logic of an arranged marriage in some cases.   Between nobility on olden times it made sense to keep peace between countries or clans.  But over all there's just too much that can go wrong.

I do a bunch of the daily activites... get free jelly, fruit slot, things like that. The slot wheels also tend to give more than they take.   Most of the free stuff I earn, I put into my shop.   It might only fetch 1 neopoint, do do that with 10 items a day, it adds up.   And some of those free items are fairly valuable.   I also play the stock market, and Trudy's Slot are my two solid earners.   Scratch cards are hit or miss, buy you can sell them off rather than scratch yourself.   I also fight the Koi Warrior for codestones, but then I use those stones myself.
I occasionally play games, but that's strictly for my own fun.

Also like to mention that muscle weighs quite a bit.   Getting a  lot of excersize could in theory end with you weighing more as you body turns fat into muscle.
It doesn't sound like that's the case here, but it is a factor.   Don't worry too much about numbers.  So long as you feel good and can maintain decent activity you should be fine.

I should also mention a regular sleep schedule is pretty important.    I eat okay and excersize, but I work nights and my sleep schedule is awful.   My health shows it.
