I feel so lucky!! I was able to snag a Lutari this morning and after I finished the quest (which was from the Grey Faerie) I was given a free dip in the rainbow fountain!!! I would love to paint my Lutari but I need suggestions on what to paint him! I would love to get everyone's opinion!!! 

Hi there and welcome!  My son got me into NP and he has since lost interest as well.  He hasn't given up his account though, so it gives me hope that he will rejoin one day.  I lost interest for a bit as well and when I came back about 4 years ago now, I have been playing pretty much daily since then.  Wow! It's hard to believe it's been that long of playing every single day.  It is due to THIS forum/site that I play every day.  I have become an active member here and eventually even part of the phenomenal staff here.  Everyone is so friendly here.  They are nice, supportive, and very informative.  It's kind of odd though.  You go on the neoboards and people can get snippy and snarky, and even a bit rude.  Yet, you would think they are the same type of people, neopets players, who post there, as post on here.  But people are so much different here.  I have made some great friends here.  People who I couldn't imagine never speaking with again. 
So, while you are here to get your post count elevated for ALP, that is totally understandable, get involved in conversations/topics that REALLY interest you.  I think you will find your time here extremely rewarding.  Good luck with your stamps/trophies/avatars.  As Duma said, if there's anything we can do to help, just ask.

These are the choices of the colors I would like. I think I am leaning to the new Candy and Polka Dot. I'll never be able to afford either brush, at least not for sometime. Anyone have an opinion???

I also have a Cybunny, Chomby and Poogle that I can use the fountain faerie with too. I love the Woodland Chomby and Cybunny too! It's so hard to choose! The last time this happened to me I chose to paint my Shoyru in to Stealth.

AH today was the best day for faerie quests. Was able to get my 9th day quest, the faerie festival quest, and my 1st day quest from the fortune cookies. Good luck to everyone hoping for a fountain faerie quest !

Hey thanks for the reply! I sent it to my work email with a three letter message; just to make sure I didn't hit an error or something but, maybe I'll wait for it to pop up.. I can also try again tomorrow because it runs until tomorrow I believe. 
 
I tried again this morning and I haven't gotten the avatar yet...... that sucks! Was hoping for a new limited edition avatar!

This one is gained by sending it to someone's actual email or even your own. If you did that then maybe there is a lag before the avatar shows up in your list. I wonder if maybe you didn't include a message in the box? (Although I'm not sure if that matters).

Hey all! I like to go straight to the dailies of the TDN site and then work my way through in order of the icons. I don't skip the petpet graveyard, kiko pop, all the wheels, tombola ect. Then once i'm finished, I do the daily puzzle and crossword, feed my pets, play with them and look at the auctions. I usually look for food, books, paint brushes and backgrounds. Some days I train my pets and I also check and update my shop daily. If I'm a little bored, I'll do the braintree quest and play some games :)

Exactly what Balloongal said.  I have been in the "unfortunate" circumstance of having to use one fountain dip because I had another fountain faerie quest waiting in the wings.  Oh the difficulties of having to choose.  LOL.  I also had a dip waiting and got a grey faerie quest.  I used my dip, and ended up getting a rainbow fountain dip from the grey faerie.  So again, I had a dip waiting, got a grey faerie quest again, did not use my dip, and did not get a rainbow fountain reward.  Then AGAIN I got a grey faerie quest.  I had a feeling it would turn into a fountain dip so I used my waiting dip.  Well, it did not end up becoming a fountain dip, and now my rainbow fountain is closed for the first time in a LONG time .  LOL.  Such is life.  I am not too concerned as I seem to VERY lucky with fountain dips.  I have dipped pets for a couple of neofriends too.  (both with cookies and random quests).
Good luck with your dip and if you choose to not use it right away, don't forget about it the next time you get either a fountain faerie quest or a grey faerie quest.
