Didn't we just have this game in GMC? Anyway, I eeked by with 1260. Glad to get the stamp!

Basically every power-up is good. The only thing you need to check is the Switch Mats power up. Sometimes your speedup mats are good the way they are and you don't want them reversed. Like has been said: you can jump. You can jump over the red/slowdown mats and/or over the short rocks/obstacles. Timing is everything for the high ones though. If it's going to the left, steer to the right and visa versa. And when you get to the pins, don't crash in the middle one, but in a slight angle like this:

That way you basically crash into the first and second row and you'll have lots of strikes, if they aren't all knocked over you can still get a spare in the second throw. Don't forget you can steer from the start to the end, so keep steering towards the pins that are standing up, even while you're knocking them down. Make sure to get the level points so you can advance to the next level, also launch your ball when your power bar is at the end (hit space bar, wait until it's most powerful and hit space again) and this game will be a piece of cake (it just takes a while).

I always play in gravity mode, it's so much easier to get a high score. Well, at least AFTER you get used to the way it works. I got lucky too and got a power negg in my third game, got the score within five minutes or so.

Hold down the up arrow immediately after starting the game, and then like Steve said, travel in circles. You can use a spiral path to gradually move closer or further from the center to get neggs as they pop up. If a negg comes up very close to the center, or in a corner, it IS possible to get them, but I've always found it pretty difficult. You can keep restarting until you get some high-pointed neggs early in the game. 
As far as the 10% skill part, I think the main thing to remember is just to take your time. If you miss a negg the first time you go around, don't panic, just go around the circle again. Don't swerve around wildly or try to turn yourself around and go back for it.

While holding down the UP arrow key, tap either the LEFT or RIGHT arrow key. And continuously tap. By doing that, the Meerca will travel in circles, so to speak. It takes a bit to get the hang of it. Once you do, it then takes a bit to get good. I got the hang of it, but, I'm still terrible. You end up hoping you get a Fish Negg, to get a high score.

It's kind of hard to explain in text so I'll try my best, but my advice would be to play like it's freestyle mode and go around the map in circles. If a negg spawns near the middle or close to the wall, face the meerca away from the middle (at a slight angle so you aren't just moving straight towards the wall) and keep tapping the up arrow to edge along until you can get the negg and then resume going in circles. Like was said previous, this game is based almost entirely on luck so it might be easier to just keep resetting until your first or second negg are worth a bunch.

Best thing about this challenge, is, for me, it is easy, but, even more so, the game ratios changed on the 25th of April, making this an easy 1000 NP!

I am happy that it was today, I'm working every day in the weekend this week, so I didn't had much time for games. I'll have a few days of starting Wednesday. I hope all my challenging games are on days that I have plenty of time. Ice Cream Machine was bad enough, I was so tired playing that game.

Lol, this was easily the most challenging game for me yet, so I'm actually glad this game was today, and not during the week. XD

I used the "forums code" and pasted it into my signature. Like you said, it was the code itself, but when I pressed the save button, the page refreshed and instead of the code, it was a broken image icon with .png after it and I had the error message. 
I just tried using the "green" counter and it worked just fine, so I don't know what the problem is with the blocks one. I guess I'll just use this one. 

My high score is 507. Hmmmm. -goes to read guide-
EDIT: It only took me a couple tries to get above 800. Quickly found a partner on the neoboards, and got my prizes! It's a little early to get my hopes up, but I hope I can keep up with AAA for the whole event ~

I'm not sure adding this game to the DD was a smart move on TNT's part. If English isn't your first language, it increases the difficulty of this game immensely. I consider myself to be fairly fluent in English at this point, but I still lose time on this game because I'll see a bunch of Dutch words first, but I can't use those, so I'll have to force myself to ignore them and find English words instead.
And this is after years (at least 13 of them) of practising and using English on an almost daily basis. I can only imagine how difficult and frustrating this game is to people who didn't have as much time as I did to learn English.

Make your mouse slower? Is that right? Seems like if anything, you would want to make it faster. I'll have to give this a try. I already beat AAA, but maybe this idea can help me get the avatar.

I think it depends; I agree that you don't want her jumping all over the place, but it all depends on your own preferences. Slow mouse movements can feel like lagging to me. I stopped going for the scoops that slow you down for that very reason, although I did use them a lot at first. The more I played the game, the less I liked using them.

(This is one of the few games that I'm decent at and even have the avatar for, so I'm happy there's at least one game in this DD that doesn't drive me insane. )
