    Thanks for your caring & concern. I can't believe that are elected officials act like this should be our "norm" now-dealing with possible threats. To see those little ones so terrified, it breaks your heart. This should NOT be the "norm". WHEN is the US going to get it's act together & pass sane gun laws that restrict guns that are specifically made to kill many quickly? I realize that it turned out to be a bomb threat, but we were really expecting it to be a shooter (VERY glad it wasn't). ?

    ? I bet this is just some guy who chose that name because he was trying to sound cool, too, not someone with any actual hate agenda, but it is a huge double-standard that a name like that goes un-noticed while anything about religion is so rigorously disallowed. :^/

    Wow...religion in America is just...so FRAUGHT. Little Suliman sounds positively adorable though, no doubt because he's got such good parents. That teacher sounds like someone who's the perfect kind of person to help the future generations learn about life.
    And another example of your mum being a total bad-ass!
    I truly can't BELIEVE that a church official would find it ethically ok to use a funeral as a means of recruitment and to basically shame those of a different religion. -.- But as I say, "fraught", that's hopefully euphemistic enough to not offend. A funeral's meant to give you closure, not leave you with further bad and unhappy feelings to work through. : /
