I'm going to assume it's down right now...because it's not loading at ALL..and I just clicked my finished course *sigh* if only I got to it 5mins earlier :( I could have put it in and had been happy *cries silently*

Yep, the worst was when I opened my FQC only to have the site go down for the server change. They got me a new cookie INSTANTLY! That is one thing they don't mess around with is the NC items. Send them a ticket right away, if the site is down longer than a day (if you miss any time on your cookie) and they will send you a brand new cookie, plus you will still get to use the remaining time on your current cookie. Win-win. With mine, I was working on a fountain faerie quest when the site went down :woot:, I was just hoping the info would still be there when the site came back up so I wouldn't lose it. It was still there :rolleyes_anim: . I lost 3 days and they gave me a new cookie.
Oh gosh, thank goodness!!! I am happy now <3
I'm surprised the site is STILL down..It's was down when I went into work..and 8 1/2 hours later and out of work..it is still down :(

I wanted to train my pet...which takes 12 hours each time :/ so......Eh. let's just hope it's up within a few more hours. I also now feel dumb for opening my fqc yesterday,

More down time?! This is crazy....but I'm glad I'm not on, on the weekends much =) tehe. What needs fixing now if I may ask? I haven't been on all that much and the lag seems better.

More lag...u wonder what they moved that is causing it all! I've been trying to get a woodland paint brush for over a week now but can't add auctions have been down *sigh* ...eh. someday soon it'll be fixed hopefully =)

Oh wow..Thank goodness! I was starting to get annoyed with the site :( let's hope it works this time =D BUT yes..it WOULD be better to take neopets off for a week or so then multiple times of fixing...but what can you do. With so much too move..I guess I'm not surprised all this is happening o.o
