You know when you use street pass for the nintendo DS, where if someone else uses streetpass they can join your plaza. If you meet them more than once their level goes up each time you meet them. What is the highest level they can go up to?

I keep blocking him but he keeps making new accounts, same username different number he is on number 14 now. He bragged about how he already made one person quit neopets because he kept stalking them.

Don't think you are allowed to make trades like this.

Sometimes people quit neopets an get rid of their items to first bidders, or sell them cheap. Instead of just letting their items go to waste they let other's benefit from them.

Why do people complain when TNT changes the site a little bit. Like yesterday they changed the boards thing to community, but people made boards complaining about this. I mean it is a small change and won't require taking more time (except for a few extra clicks which will at the most take a few seconds)

 

Then when they changed the game room and improved it so you can see your friend top scores people complained about that. I can see why they would complain if it messed up the site and slowed it down but shy complain about something so small that it does not affect you, all it does it take a few minutes to find the changes and it does not change how the site works for you.

You are scared of the dark because that is when you are alone and when your mind wonders and thinks of all the good and bad things that can happen. I don't think it is the dark you are scared of, but the kinds of things you are thinking of because at night time things are usually pretty quiet and you are allowed to let your mind wonder. Like try to watch something fun on televison before going to bed or doing something fun. Try to think of all the fun things you did with your friends at school or at home or whatever. Like if you went to the theme park, try to think of that and don't watch scary movies before you sleep.

I have not but I heard of people get frozen for having multipal accounts when their family members play. For sharing accounts when they went on vacation and played from a different country, for cheating on the beauty conpetition. Then I heard of them getting auto replies accusing them of actually cheating claiming they have proof and being ignored when they are asked to provide the proof they found of them cheating. One TNT member they claimed even said we own this site, we can freeze you if we heck feel like it.(using a more colourful word for heck). The worst is there are also people who repeatly break the rules and are not frozen.

Don't think it has anything to do with law but the school board. On the bright side, while you are having vacation in August they are in school.

i have no idea if this is true or not but i had a teacher once tell me that the reason schools have different spring breaks was because the kids caused too much trouble all being out at the same time. maybe its the same for summer? i dont know. cuz i know where i live schools tend to have different breaks, including summer vacation and the beginning of a new school year. There are even year round school where the "summer" vacation (3 months) is sometime other than the summer.

 

i agree with you and don't like starting school in august. however, it does feel good to already be out of school.

I don't see why people are complaining about this now. Don't they have special premium feature which can already get you more neopoints. Like a special scratch cards for premium members only. They already broke their promise when they introduced premium.

I wish you could simply chat with people on KQ - the drop-down messages are far too tedious and I usually only use them to be polite (hello, good game, etc.). If there's someone you recognize, you could always send them a neomail afterwards to thank them for playing, making a note that you remember them. :)

Actually they say they have the option "I remember you." I guess I can use that until they come up with that chat option.

Who thinks that they should have a drop down scripted message for this on keyquest. There are lots of times when I have played with someone and I think it would be a good idea to have a drop down message such I think I played you before. They have hello again but that only works if you play the person a game start a new game and play them again, or recently play them. I am talking about if you played someone before like a week or month ago and remember their username.

Maybe the six year olds did not know that they could die from their actions? They were probably not trying to kill themselves just did not know they would die doing what they did. Maybe the six year old was trying do dodge the train.

Don't know if it matters but Yahoo's son did threaten her son with scissors or a fake knife for the 3ds. I think it was that child's mother who called him a coward for using scissors.

Yeah it is Thanksgiving in Canada in other countries. In Canada we get the day off of school. I was wondering what happens on US thanksgiving. Do you get the Thursday and Black Friday off of school? Or just one day?

Also would like to know if you get school off on other coutries for thanksgiving .

Twice as I was about to win they the game ended abnormally. The same person, first thought it was a connection problem, but both times when they left before I was about to win on the scripted chat they said ha ha and right after the "ha ha" it said the game ended abnormally. It was the same person who had this pattern.
