The Corries. Unfortunately one of them died in 1990  (they were a duo) so there's been no new music for years now, the other one having retired. 'O Flower of Scotland' is often played at the start of international matches.

I should add that's Scottish international matches, instead of the National Anthem.

I also need to try and remember to train more. I usually only remember when there's a battle on.

I've been having this problem for about 3 weeks with Firefox though with specific games - Kiko pop, Fashion fever and catch the petpet. It's very annoying.

What do you want to achieve in 2019 on Neopets?  I want to finally get gold for Neoquest I.

Using Lens Flare I can beat my opponents in the first round. I'll go for whoever has the best chance of giving me the Bank Bribery boon so have a day or so to decide. I keep thinking it's Sunday, it's so quiet here.

The avatars I can't seem to get are nearly all games related - poor eyesight and confusion over which is my right and left hand!

I got the Drackonack - Hungry with Cheese, Drackonack and a Cheese and Eel Burger.

I usually pick Sway when it's available because of the bank boon. The Awakened sometimes has it too and it doesn't matter what level your opponent is as long as you win 10 matches so pick the lowest level.

Finally managed to beat Abigail then gave up. The mouse moving of its own accord & making me lose a life was getting too much. But it was fine everywhere else so let's blame the game.

My mouse is doing the same. At least I thought it was my mouse but now I'm not so sure.

It looks like the Snowager is hibernating. Do you want to venture in and try to steal some of its treasure?

I'm needing not 1 but 3 Pottery Shard Dagger. It wouldn't be so bad if it was only 1 of each item. The prices on the shop wizard are eye watering. I managed to find the rest I need in my SDB. I'm hi2u2ok on neopets.

The Battledome hasn't yet returned to normal so I can't even battle the usual challengers. I wish TNT would hurry up and let us know what's happening. Ah well, back to NeoQuest!

I acutally timed how long a battle against the boss actually took me, which was 30 seconds per loss, and concluded 300 battles on mighty mode would take me a little over 2 hours. That got me really motivated, and it actually took me 2 hours and 15 minutes, only with minor breaks.

That was the same for me. It didn't matter how much damage I got as I knew I'd immediately be restored to full hit points. Only pity is my battle stats with all the losses.

I managed to get through my battles on Mighty in one evening. It took about 30 seconds per 'battle'. I never had any chance of doing any serious damage but it was enough to fill 'Do your part'. I was also watching TV at the same time so it wasn't too boring.

After 82 losses on Average and 2 on Mighty I've got both achievements. Not quite sure how. But the lag is getting worse.

I fought all of them...and beat all of them on easy mode...and haven't received the first achievement....how come? :-(

I don't know if you read what someone said earlier, about how you have to beat ALL the challengers, including previous waves to get that achievement?

It says you only have to fight them, not beat them. I didn't beat them all but still got the achievement.

Well I finally managed to fill the 'doing your part' bar and unlock both achievements by repeatedly fighting the wizard which I didn't think I could do. When I lost or drew and had no hit points I fought the first wave on easy using healing potions V - VII so that cut down on cost. I only needed to have 8 hit points to battle them and that got me back up to full hit points.

I used Brynns Legendary Sword of Wraith Smiting and Hanso Charisma Charm, with Downsize and Lesser Healing Scroll when necessary. At least the Wizard didn't heal 80 points like some of the others.
