I joined The Sway, just because I liked the name. Looks like everyone else joined as well :) I keep seeing something called Boons mention... What does that mean/what is it?

 

The TDN guide is here. They're basically perks that you get for (1) being on the winning faction, and (2) winning at least 10 fights for your faction. They last one week, and can range from being able to refresh/change a faerie quest, or buying stocks at 10NP each, etc. The stocks boon is quite lucrative if you play the stock market. :D

My oldest pet is Mia, and here's her stats:

 

I've never fought for The Sway, so I picked them this time around.

 

Also they offered hot cocoa when I picked them, so that's always a game-changer.

I'm not great that putting together customs, since I'm a little late to the party. I didn't even really customise (beyond a skirt+bg) my main pet, Mia, until like... This month. Thanks to a wonderful TDN user, I was able to get an Alien Aisha as a pet! Her name is Grenushol (Gren for short), and I'm having trouble deciding on what I want to do for her custom.

 

I'm playing with three ideas so far:

 

- Make her a space explorer, and the background would be the Exploring Kreludor Background. I was wondering if this would be too... Common? I mean, it's the first thing that came into my mind and is probably the most obvious.

 

- Make her a world hopper, and give her a custom for a world like Jelly World or Maraqua.

 

- Make her a game hopper, and give her a custom with the theme for a certain game.

 

For the last two ideas, I was planning on using her for an NT series where she explorers different worlds/games. However, I am very open to other suggestions for her custom. :)

 

As for Neopoint or Neocash custom, whichever works. All-NP, all-NC, or a combo. Whatever works best. :)

 

Any ideas, TDN?

I have two suggestions:

 

A Horus, because I like the idea of Robin Hood having some sort of pet bird that would be his ally. The description for it is "A Horus is very wise, and can warn your Neopet of danger." It sounds like a friend that Robin would need. :P

 

A Symol, because it looks like a cute little woodland creature.

When I was first starting, 30-50 was my sell point. Now that I've got more stocks in my port, I can wait until they hit 70/80 to start selling a few off.

I love the pirate poogle, but the colours of the shadow one appeal to me too. :D

The stock market seems to bring people back quite a lot, especially just out of curiosity, hehe.

Maybe 25k from doing games and dailies, more if I've let my Habi accumulate experience. With Scores Galore, I've been playing more games so I'm earning more. If I feel like playing a lot of games, I might hit 50k.
