Happy Gnorbu day! They are a personal favorite species of mine. The candy one is adorable!

My achievements: Started off the year by painting Doideag maracite when the colour was released last january. She's looking very magical now. Then I painted Xeneona royal. Gerree and Ghertrudie were both painted in February. They're looking very spooky. I created Regieg and painted him in May. He's the penultimate pet for my Virtupets account. Then Mariggold and Rhosse were both painted royal this past fall. They're looking very cute together. And finally, I created Melspeth just a few days before the year's end. She will be painted Steampunk, eventually, for my Faerieland account. No interesting zaps this year. I zapped Jepire and Movario for the whole year, but nada. But to be fair I have already gotten my alien aisha and robot bori from the lab, so I'm probably due a dry streak. My most exciting petpet acquisition was a water moltenore for Fluxroot. Sadly she herself is not her forever colour, as I'm waiting on the release of either a woodland buzz or vandagyre. She is a woodland mynci for now because that morphing potion was cheap enough. I also painted Wrecho's rock pink, which 100% completed my Haunted Woods account! My goals for next year are to get the rest of my petpets in order. I've made several offers on blobikins and mutant yooyus, but no replies yet. Vullards are still inflated, and I haven't really decided what to do for Melspeth, as she's new. Probably one of the moltara petpets, although I don't really like going for such an obvious choice. I'll have to have a look though the petpets at some point and pick out something that's a little more special. I also want to 100% complete another account, although that might be difficult as every single account is currently waiting on the release of certain colour/species combos! But hopefully one of them will release, surely?

Being around kids can be super healing, in my experience. They pick up on things really easily, sadness especially, and won't know how to offer condolences, but they're in the moment with you completely so you're not alone. I have OCD and grief frazzles/inflames that. I don't always want to or have the energy to address negative feelings, but find there's a compromise between suppressing and losing it when I'm kind of just a kid with myself. They're just there with you, even whilst they're gleefully making a huge mess just for you. I don't know, maybe that makes no sense lol. I just keep my own thoughts company. And then I play whatever pops up on Youtube when you search "magical library raining ambience" to help me fall asleep or take a sleep vitamin because when I'm sleep deprived... ( ˇ෴ˇ)>⌐■-■

I love blobikins. It's very expensive, but i think I'll make it a goal. It will certainly take a long time.

It's a COTTON CANDY themed Gnorbu. What's not to love? Maybe the eyes, a bit odd, but I can avoid that from looking at that floofy mane, truly a lovely design. And it's the Wise Gnorbu is here too! A very well made outfit, that beard is very cool. All in all, a grand day for the Gnorbus!

OOOF I love the Marble Aisha I woner If I can get Aesop to add a paragraph to my Marble Pets article in the NT or maybe just wait for more Marble pets to be released to write a Part 2 Amira's wardrobe is just brilliant ...

I also love the outfit for that same reason. Can't wait to make a zombie desert queen. I had the Amira NC item on my wishlist since release, and while the NP version isn't as nice, it's a great alternative!

My Grandpa is going into hospice care. He lives on the other side of the country, so my mom can't be there for him. She is, understandably, taking it hard. I was feeling guilty about how well I was taking the news yesterday. However, it turns out that I was only internalizing it. Should have expected that, I'm on the autism spectrum so that's my usual pattern with grief. I had the worst insomnia I've had in years last night. I got to sleep about 5AM. Good thing it's Sunday. I just started a new job taking care of kids, so I'd better sleep tonight. At least I'm still training, so I won't be alone at any point.
